The anime cut

The anime visualization is one of two official visuals for Cyberpunk 2027 — That Boy Hi Hat’s October 20, 2026 single on Cumulative Web Inc, produced by Kokurcho and executive co-produced by Black Lansky. Where the HD visualization plays the record straight, the anime cut renders its world: neon-drenched streets, synthetic skies, and the post-trap futurism aesthetic the label has been building record by record.

Anime is the native visual language of cyberpunk. CWI’s film unit leaned into that — the anime cut isn’t a lyric video with effects, it’s a parallel telling of the song’s story, frame-built for the track’s runtime. Watch it for the world; watch the HD cut for the record.

The single behind the visual

"Cyberpunk 2027" is That Boy Hi Hat’s fall 2026 single — alternative rap engineered for the cyberpunk lane the label has been mapping all year, from the Lofi 2.0 experiments to the Cyberpunk 2027 model casting call (18+, paid shoots, likeness AI-rendered into the final video with full consent). The single ships with a full campaign: two visualizations, pre-save, press, and live programming around release week.

Production credits: Kokurcho on production, Black Lansky executive co-producing — the same pairing behind the label’s flagship records. The track is mixed and mastered for systems that matter: headphones, cars, and club PAs.

Frequently asked

What’s the difference between the anime and HD versions?

Production notes

The anime visualization was created by Cumulative Web Inc’s film unit — designed and created by Black Lansky — as the animated half of the Cyberpunk 2027 campaign. Forty-two seconds of neon-drenched cyberpunk in the first cut, built frame by frame for the track’s runtime: synthetic skies, rain-slicked streets, and the post-trap futurism iconography the label has developed across its visual catalog.

Anime was the deliberate choice for this cut. Cyberpunk as a genre was raised on animation, and the label wanted the song’s world rendered without the constraints of a camera — impossible architecture, impossible light, the city as a character. The HD visualization handles the cinematic telling; this cut handles the mythic one.

The campaign around the single

"Cyberpunk 2027" — That Boy Hi Hat’s October 20, 2026 single, produced by Kokurcho and executive co-produced by Black Lansky — ships with the label’s biggest visual operation to date: both visualizations, an open model casting call (18+, paid shoots, AI-rendered likeness with full consent), pre-save, press, and release-week programming on Radio 365 and CWI Live.

The anime cut premieres in release week on the label’s YouTube channel (@cumulativeweb). Pre-save the single now; follow the blog for the campaign diary and the press room for official announcements.

Frequently asked

Who designed it?

Designed and created by Black Lansky, through CWI’s film unit — the same operation behind the label’s music films and campaign visuals.
