Contact
One form, four paths. Pick the subject — the message reaches the team and you get a confirmation by email.
Four paths, one team
The contact form routes your message by subject, so it lands with the right person the first time. Event booking / announcement covers show bookings, release announcements, and appearances. Promo project is for collaborations, playlist pitches with real data, and creative proposals. Model call / casting connects to the open casting desk for music videos, campaigns, and editorials. General contact is everything else — and it still gets read by a human.
Prefer email? Write to [email protected] — the label’s public contact. Include who you are, what you want, and one link that proves it. Messages with a clear ask and a working link get answered fastest.
What each path is for
Event booking. CWI runs its own event formats — the Signal Sessions pilot (a Rock-Rap Night built around 183 Wildboi) is the template: live sessions engineered for recording, not just the room. If you book venues, run showcases, or program festivals, say what the room holds, what the date is, and what the artist walks away with.
Promo projects. The label’s promo lane is data-driven: playlist evidence reports, discovery campaigns, and the owned-channel flywheel (radio, video, social, press). Pitches that arrive with numbers — your playlist’s real follower count, your channel’s real reach — skip the line. Payola-style "guaranteed placement" offers are logged as incidents, not opportunities.
Model call / casting. Open casting for CWI music videos, campaigns, and editorials — including the Cyberpunk 2027 video casting call (18+, $50–$150 per shoot negotiable, LGPD consent for Brazil-based talent). Tell us your age, location, availability, and send two recent photos. See the models page for the full brief.
Press and sync. Press inquiries go through the general path with "press" in the subject — the press room has releases with verified facts and NewsArticle schema. Sync and licensing inquiries should mention the track, the project, and the timeline; the catalog is 100% pre-cleared and one-stop, and the Sync Readiness Pack covers serious placements.
Frequently asked
How fast will I hear back?
The team triages daily. Time-sensitive items (dated events, dated releases) get priority — put the date in the first line.
Do you accept demos?
The label’s roster is curated, not open-submission. That said, the promo-project path is the right door: send one track, one link, and one paragraph on why it fits the CWI catalog. Mass-blasted links don’t get opened.
Can I book That Boy Hi Hat?
Yes — use the event-booking path with the venue, date, capacity, and offer. Serious inquiries only; the form asks for exactly what the team needs to answer.
Is there a press kit?
The press room carries releases with verified facts, and the artist pages carry bios, credits, and platform links. For anything else, ask through the general path.
After you send
Every message gets triaged by a human — the form’s four paths exist so the right person sees it first. Dated items (events, releases, deadlines) jump the queue; put the date in the first line. You’ll get a confirmation by email, and a real reply follows — not an autoresponder, a person who read the message.
What slows a reply: no clear ask, no working link, or a pitch addressed to "dear label" that went to forty labels. What speeds it: one paragraph, one link, one ask. The team’s time goes to the messages that respect it.
Prefer email
Write to [email protected] — the label’s public contact. Same triage, same humans: include who you are, what you want, and one link that proves it. The form above just routes faster; the inbox works fine.
Short version: one paragraph, one link, one ask — and the date in the first line if there is one. The team reads everything; make yours easy to answer.
Press and sync, direct
Press inquiries: use the general path with "press" in the subject — the press room has everything citable. Sync and licensing: mention the track, the project, and the timeline; the catalog is 100% pre-cleared and one-stop, and the Sync Readiness Pack is built for serious placements.
