Get your music played live on the show and run through CWI's audio analysis and verification tools on air. Every week: the song plays, the tool gets demoed live on it, the hosts rate it and publish the results. Send us a link — our team reviews every submission.

Privacy. What we collect: your name, artist name, email address, track link, and your consent checkbox confirmation. Where it goes: submissions are stored on CWI's Railway-hosted service and a copy is emailed to our team at hp@cumulativeweb.com for review. Why: to consider your track for "CWI Lab: Signal Sessions" and to contact you about your submission. Retention: we keep submissions for as long as we run the Show, plus a reasonable archive period afterward. If you want your data deleted, email hp@cumulativeweb.com with the subject "Delete my submission" and we will remove your personal details and stop contacting you. Sharing: we do not sell your information. Your details are used only by CWI staff for the Show and related artist outreach.

  1. What you're granting. By submitting a track link, you grant Cumulative Web Inc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) play the submitted track (or portions of it) on the Show, including the podcast episode, any live broadcast or stream, and any replay, clip, or highlight derived from it; (b) run CWI's audio analysis, verification, and scoring tools on the track, including AI-based analysis; (c) publish, display, and promote the results of that analysis — scores, ratings, verdicts, graphics, and the hosts' commentary — in the episode, on CWI's websites and social channels, and in press materials.
  2. What you're NOT granting. This is not an assignment of your copyright. You keep ownership of your music. This is not a distribution deal, a publishing deal, or a sync license — it covers the Show and its promotion only.
  3. Your representation. You represent that you own or control all rights in the submitted track (sound recording and underlying composition, including any samples or co-writer shares) and have the authority to grant this license.
  4. No guarantee of use. Submission does not guarantee the track will be played, analyzed, or promoted. CWI decides what goes on the Show in its sole discretion.
  5. Takedown. You may request removal of your track from future episodes by emailing hp@cumulativeweb.com. CWI will make reasonable efforts going forward but cannot retract episodes or clips already published or distributed.
  6. No payment. There is no payment, royalty, or compensation for submitting or being featured. You submit voluntarily for the promotional value of the feature.
  7. Not a contest. The Show is not a contest, sweepstakes, or competition.
  8. Governing terms. These terms, and the Show, are subject to attorney review and to any platform rules of the services CWI uses for hosting and distribution.
